Pretty Wildflower

This is a sweet flower. Up close these are beautiful flowers; they have beautiful, delicate veining. The seeds have excellent germination, and the plants are survivers. I planted most of the plants I had started indoors but through a chain of events was unable to get these in the ground in time. They were wilted and dry looking; I was getting ready to throw them out when I realized there were buds on them. I planted them and they survived. I am pleased with the durability of this plant. It is a wildflower and needs to be planted close together for the best impact.

Planted this spring on granite boulder retaining wall & germination was successful with natural rain fall & we're waiting for blooms.
Great groundcover.
